Nature of Business

Executive Air prides itself in its ability to offer our valuable clients a wide range of capabilities and options. Our fleet of aircraft varies from the versatile Cessna 206 through to the luxurious Beechcraft King Air B200 capable of moving passengers and product comfortably over great distances.

Executive Air (Pvt) Ltd is registered with South African, Zambian, Malawian and Zimbabwean Authorities to conduct aircraft maintenance on the specifically registered aircraft.

The Company operates in partnership with EMRAS to provide medical evacuation services both within Zimbabwe, and the neighboring Southern African region.

Executive Air has recently been issued with a license to operate a Training School, allowing the training of students up to the Private Pilot License level, and also assisting in ensuring our charter pilots are constantly recurrent on all aspects of safety and flight procedures. This school is established and operating, and set to grow as the market dictates.

Markets

Our charter clients include large businesses (such as Schweppes, SeedCo and Irvines) and embassies within Zimbabwe, as well as many local and international travel agents (such as Thompsons, Singita and Wilderness Safaris). As well as operating private charters, we are also third party operators of Wilderness Air, based in Victoria Falls, and are on call for any over-spill of flights they may have in the Southern African region.

Our maintenance clients mainly include private individuals from Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Africa and Malawi, for which we are approved Aircraft Maintenance Organisation.

Apart from established third party operators, Executive Air services are payable prior to completion.

Executive Air’s most important years can be seen as from 2007 onwards.  Although our core business as a private charter company continued at a high standard, this is the year that marked the companies’ growth into a first-class operation – beginning with the expansion of our Engineering Department.

We have never stopped growing since and, through the years of economic struggle, have managed to uphold the quality of our standards and continue expansion.  2013 saw the addition of a King Air 200 to our fleet, allowing us to provide more efficient and effective medical evacuations and higher class of travel.

After many years of dedication, we finally managed to open our Training School in 2015, to constantly assist and further the aviation industry in Zimbabwe.

As proven by the onward pioneering spirit of Executive Air, Ed and Caroline are great advocates of aviation, and will always continue to strive to keep the industry alive.
